Your Responsibilities

• Daily product portfolio management throughout the product life cycle
• Defining the product portfolio governance (controls)
• Planning the overall product portfolio and monitoring the progress 
• Tracking the product portfolio’s budget
• Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
• Definition and creation of technical documentation
• Definition of requirement and functional specifications
• Participation in interdisciplinary optimisation programmes
• Coordinating the projects and their different interdependencies (internal & external)
• Managing and utilizing resources across projects
• Managing stakeholders’ communication
• Managing the main product portfolio documentations such as the product portfolio initiation document

Skills and attributes

• Completed technical studies, ideally with a focus on electrical engineering 
• Experience in drive and control technology, ideally in the field of roller shutters, sun protection and building automation
• Several years of experience in product management
• Good knowledge and handling of methods and techniques of product, project and program management
• Leadership and management skills
• Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
• The ability to find innovative ways to solve problems
• Ability to cooperate positively with the wide range of people involved in product management
• International thinking, strong focus on service and customer-oriented action
• Knowledge of LEAN methodology
• Enjoy international interaction with people and strong communication skills
• Commitment, independent action and organizational skills
• Precise and results-oriented working method
• Technical affinity, technical understanding and imagination
• Very good written and spoken German, English and French
• Experience with international cultures, especially French culture 
• Readiness to travel
• Class B driving licence
